Helen Keogh

Associate

Helen is a strategic management and international development specialist, and an accredited Mediator (Centre for Effective Conflict Resolution – CEDR). With three decades experience in senior management and governance in national and international private, public and not for profit organisations, she has extensive experience in leadership, navigating change and developing organisations in challenging times.

She brings mediation, mentoring and facilitation skills to her work, together with a strong governance focus, to effect change, problem solving and peace-building. Her Executive and Non-Executive Director experience has involved leadership in organisations responsible for international development aid, women’s health, community development and planning.

Helen is Chair of the Irish Emergency Alliance, bringing the main agencies together to develop national responses to global humanitarian crises.  As Chief Executive of international development agency, World Vision Ireland, Helen was a member of the World Vision global leadership team. She has also served on the Boards of Dochas, the Association of Development NGOs in Ireland, and POBAL where she was Chairperson of the Audit, Finance and Risk Committee.
