Caroline McCamley

Caroline is an organisation consultant, with a background in public, private and not for profit organisations across a wide range of sectors. She works on ethical, governance, strategic, and operational issues, and supports boards and senior management teams to deliver effective organisation leadership. 

Caroline combines her breadth of experience with academic rigour gained through Masters’ degrees in Management Learning (Lancaster) and Ethics (DCU). She brings a practical and reflective approach and a light touch to her work, building and supporting trusting relationships with clients and stakeholders. Increasingly, her work involves translating and embedding values and ethical standards into leadership, governance, decision-making and solution-finding, action that can be sustained and practiced throughout organisations.

Caroline has served as an executive and non-executive director, on State, NGO and private sector Boards, most recently with Gaisce – the President’s Award. She worked for almost 15 years with the Industrial Development Authority, before establishing her consulting business, merging it in 2012 with Ampersand CMC Ltd.
