Caroline is an organisation consultant, with a background in public, private and not for profit organisations across a wide range of sectors. She works on ethical, governance, strategic, and operational issues, and supports boards and senior management teams to deliver effective organisation leadership.

She brings a practical and reflective approach and a light touch to her work, building and supporting trusting relationships with clients and stakeholders. Increasingly, her work involves translating and embedding values and ethical standards into leadership, governance, decision-making and solution-finding, action that can be sustained and practiced throughout organisations.
Caroline has served as an executive and non-executive director, on State, NGO and private sector Boards, most recently with Gaisce – the President’s Award. She worked for almost 15 years with the Industrial Development Authority, before establishing her consulting business, merging it in 2012 with Ampersand CMC Ltd.
