Tony McLoughlin is a highly experienced manager and HR director, with extensive experience and a record of achievement as a practitioner, mediator, facilitator, investigator and trainer.
Tony works with organisations in the development and implementation of best practice HR and IR solutions and systems, planning and project managing major change initiatives, and developing customised approaches to professional development and management of people in organisations. His knowledge and experience of security and regulatory/compliance environments in organisations is combined with hands on experience of effective design, management and application of technology-based systems.
With a career in policing in Ireland with An Garda Siochana spanning more than three decades, Tony has held specialist leadership roles in HR, IR and change management for much of that time, and has spearheaded initiatives on industrial relations dispute management and resolution processes, equality and diversity, disclosure systems, merger management and risk strategies.
He brings a rigorous and systematic approach, driven by strong values of fairness, inclusion, openness and accountability. A gifted trainer, he values opportunities to share knowledge and experience, and to develop skills and capacity in others to manage people and change effectively.
